How refunds work for Etappi plans sold by Paddle.com on the web and through the App Store and Google Play. Etappi is operated by Oles Didukh, trading as Etappi.
Web purchases
Plans bought on our website are sold by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle.
Asking for a refund
Email support@etappi.app within 14 days of a web purchase or of an annual renewal and we will arrange a full refund through Paddle. If you are in the UK or EU you also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of your first payment.
Cancelling
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. A refund ends the access that purchase gave.
App Store and Google Play
Purchases made through Apple or Google are refunded by them under their rules.
